Begins with dark berry on the nose as well as turned earth and licorice. The palate lands with a rich presence, yet it's also awash in acidity. Flavors of stewed black plum mesh into spice cake and more licorice, proving to be an exuberant sip.

Smashed cranberry and tobacco leaf show on the slightly funky nose of this bottling. The palate is quite complex, with rich red-fruit flavors gaining nuance from oak, beef-jerky and sumac elements.

Delicately pretty honeysuckle, pear, and green apple aromatics. Bright and refreshingly dry, the palate carries honey-mineral notes and finishes with firm acidity and juicy pear-apple fruit.
