Château de Bois-Brinçon was founded by clergy in 1219, and remained in the hands of the Church until the Revolution. They boast some of the oldest vines in the Loire, up to 125 years of age. The medium-bodied dry red is entirely Cabernet Franc, was vinified in stainless steel, and elevage was 1/3 in used barrique and 2/3 stainless steel. Pair this fresh and herbaceous red with rillettes and charcuterie.
