Evocative scents of lemon/lime, green apple, yellow peach, pine nuts, wild herbs, and sea spray. It is medium to medium-plus in body, with some texture to the mid-palate followed by a cleansing blast of acidity.

A few swirls of the glass releases inviting aromas of citrus, honeysuckle and passion fruit on this easy-drinking enjoyable white. The bright fruity palate offers pineapple, hints of exotic fruit and saline alongside fresh acidity.

The rounded savory palate shows a nice depth of flavors, including ripe yellow apple, peach, toasted almond and lemon drop. A flinty mineral vein wraps around the lingering finish while bright acidity provides balance.

A particular specialty of the Valle Isarco. Greenish to bright yellow in color. Peaches, apricots, and tones of tangerines on the nose. Very lively, juicy, and sleek on the palate, with a mineral-rich finish.
